I can sleep well if I sleep in time. But the internet has spoiled me a lot. It is hard not to stay late. That affects the sleep too.

Now I am going to take a 1-hour nap. I am so tired that there is no doubt I will be getting good, deep sleep.

The climate is nice. With the windows open it is very comfortable.

I am in double minds about setting an alarm. I should let myself sleep as much as I can.
 
Generally not very well. I struggle with sleeping quite a bit really because I'm always staying up trying to keep busy and I never seem to wake up feeling refreshed either.
