Homemade Flour Tortillas

Roll up burritos or fajitas...they're delicious sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar too!

6 c. all-purpose flour

1 t. salt

1 T. baking powder

1-1/4 c. shortening

Combine ingredients together until small crumbs form; gradually add 2 cups hot water. Knead until well blended; divide dough into one to 2-inch balls. Roll out into thin circles; heat until golden in a very hot, dry skillet. Flip and heat other side; repeat with remaining dough balls. Makes about 2 dozen.
