Hey everyone,

I'm happy to have found my way here.

I'm nearly 40, I don't have kids but I have been with my wife for neariy 12 years.

Mental health issues are not new for me and I've had them for what turns out is probably most of my life.

Last year I had some massive situational stressors occur which started me on the path to actively working with professionals.

It's been a journey that's still going and a lot of self realization has occurred.
