I have a lot more down times than I used to, a lot more anxiety about life, the future and those around me. The thing that keeps me "centered" and "in the moment" is having to look after my mother and knowing that she needs me to keep going so she can keep going.

Well it seems it has affected a lot of my friends and as a result they haven't been supporting me nearly as much which has affected me.
My friends have been struggling more than me it seems. I only have a couple of real life friends left and they have been complaining about being bored the entire time and not being able to cope with the house. I'm used to it with being the introverted one of the group!

Perhaps I could teach them some things for once.

The pandemic have really affected my schedule, and halted my offline business, it's simply a regretful time. Truly, it has affected my mental reasoning, but I am not suffering from mental disorder, because I managed my emotions well.
