Do you fake your mental conditions?

I do not have any serious mental health issues. However, once in a while I am overwhelmed with issues like stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Whenever I am battling with these issues, I never show myself that I have any mental health issues. That's because a lot of people will misunderstand you when you tell them that you have mental health issues.

no I don’t, but I have a small circle of people in my life a very small circle and the person I live with is very understanding of my mental health and the only people I hide it from was my dad to be honest, my dad would say “I wish I had time to be depressed” 😑 so I wasn’t ever gonna open up to him.
