Ham And Potato Casserole

Ham And Potato Casserole
8 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups diced, fully cooked ham
1 package dry onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In saucepan, cook potatoes in lightly salted water for 10 minutes, or until just barely tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into well greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Watch carefully so that cheese doesn't burn. Cover for last few minutes if it appears to be getting too brown. Let stand for 5 minutes.
