Ham and Pasta Bake

Ham and Pasta Bake
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tb. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Topping:
2 Tb. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
In a medium saucepan, combine flour, onion and salt. Gradually stir in milk
until blended. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until
thickened and bubbly. Stir in broccoli, macaroni, ham and cheese. Transfer
to an ungreased 2 qt. baking dish. For topping, combine bread crumbs and
butter. Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350
degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
