Green Beans Italiano (4)

1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. water
Pepper to taste
4 tsp. grated Parmesan
1 lemon in 4 wedges

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add beans. Cook just until tender, about 5 min. Drain and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Add next 3 and green beans. Cook just to heat through, tossing to coats. Divide among dinner plates and top each with 1 tsp. Parmesan and a lemon wedge.
