That is a very good gesture. Are you a medical professional ? I think you are. You are talk calm and composed. There is no hint of excitement but very clear. I like to speak like that often. But I am full of energy all the time.

It is a great gift to be calm always. It is hard to get rid of excitement normally. When I grow old, it is possible that energy will subside to a peace and calm mind.
 
Hey there everyone! Hope you're all having a good evening/morning - whatever it is where you are. Been a hot day today here in England so I've been out enjoying a walk and even managed to get myself registered to marry (you have to give notice here) so that's happening now. Makes the marriage seem all the more real!
