GELATIN GEMS

4 env. unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. unsweetened fruit juice
1 c. boiling water


Add juice to gelatin. Add water and stir until gelatin is completely
dissolved. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch
squares.
