FRESH SPARKLING STRAWBERRY MIMOSAS
2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup water
1 bottle sparkling wine, or sparkling white grape juice
This is such a simple, beautiful drink to serve at any brunch!
Cut up the strawberries into quarters, reserving 2-4 for the glasses.
Blend the strawberries with the water until completely blended.
Pour strawberry puree into bottom 1/3 of a champagne flute.
Fill with chilled champagne or juice.
Cut a slit in your remaining strawberries to place on the side of the mimosa glass.
