I really want to like foam rollers because I know they are extremely beneficial. But I honestly couldn’t get into it. Maybe I did it too hard? Not to mention it tickles LOL
There are different types out there so if somebody doesn’t find one that works for them, look into others. Also watching videos is helpful so you can get a good idea of how to use it properly.
