Favourite Seafood Dishes?

I personally really enjoy : a good seafood Paella, seafood salad, seafood stew and hotpot. What about you?

Fried fish cooked with soul seasoning would probably hit the spot. Anyway, another thing I like are those fish tacos that Long John Silver's has. The special flavor comes from chipotle.
