Favorite Vegetable?

TLDR: Favorite Vegetable?
In the forum thread discussing favorite vegetables, broccoli emerged as a popular choice, mentioned favorably by Butterfly88, Pinky, and Pitszal. Other vegetables highlighted include peas (Catsmother), potatoes (toetapping and ZandraJoi), and runner beans (pat). Some users, like stluee, prefer a variety of green vegetables for health reasons, including broccoli, peas, and green beans, alongside starchy vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes. ZandraJoi enjoys a broader range, including potatoes, lettuce, corn, and carrots. Harry mentioned growing various vegetables, such as spinach, tomatoes, tapioca, and pumpkin, near his kitchen. Marti noted an inability to eat vegetables at all.
Hmm, we have a bit of space near our kitchen. There a few edible leaf plant. I do not remember what they are called. We get a lot of spinach, all varieties.

But tomato, Tapioca etc are in plenty. We get some fresh Pumpkin too from our small little farm area.
