Famous Pork Chops
1 cup butter flavored crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 eggs
4 pork chops
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. In a shallow bowl combine crushed crackers,
garlic salt and pepper if you would like. mix well. In a separate bowl beat
eggs. Dip chops in egg, then in cracker mixture. Place chuncks of butter
around chops, cover and bake for 45 minutes.
