1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
16-oz. pkg. frozen mixed
vegetables, thawed
Form ground beef into patties; season with salt and pepper. Brown until nearly done. Place one patty in the center of a square of aluminum foil large enough to form a tent around the patty; spoon desired amount of vegetables on top. Fold edges of aluminum foil together to form an enclosed pocket; repeat with remaining patties. Place on a baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Open carefully to allow steam to escape. Makes about 4 servings.
