Yield: 6 servings

1 (3.4-ounce) box butterscotch instant pudding

1 cup cold half-and-half

1 cup cold milk

⅓ cup butterscotch chips

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pudding powder, half-and-half, and milk until pudding thickens. Fold in butterscotch chips. Pour into 6 paper cups. Insert a wooden Popsicle stick or plastic spoon in the center of each cup. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Peel off paper cup and enjoy.
