Do the price of things give you anxiety?

I live on a fixed income, and the rising prices of everything makes my income feel smaller and smaller because I can buy less and less. And it gives me major anxiety because I keep thinking what I am going to have to cut if things don't get better. How about you? Do the price of things give you anxiety?

Not so much anxiety, but they do rile me when I see the exploitation from retailers taking advantage of a situation that should be more measured. Hiking prices on items by upwards of 100% or more, in some cases, is unmitigated greed and using inflation or the cost of living crisis as a vehicle to justify their greed is despicable. There should be a price cap on all essentials to ensure that greed is curtailed and people are given fair treatment when they are simply trying to survive the fallout of issues not of their own making.

Massive anxiety. I can't afford things as it is, and everything's going up. The cost of fuel, the cost of bread, the cost of veggies...I can't handle it at times.

If I dwell on it, it can be overwhelming. The nice thing about having ADD is having the ability to tune out and go to my happy place effortlessly.
