| 1 Duncan Hines deluxe cake mix 4 eggs, at room temperature 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. cooking oil 1 c. mashed bananas (3) 1 c. chopped nuts Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add cake mix and mashed bananas, mix well then stir in nuts. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. This makes 2 large loaves. |
