Corn Fritters

Tasty with a meal or just as a snack!
8-1/2 oz. can creamed corn
8-3/4 oz. can corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 t. baking powder
7 T. all-purpose flour
oil for deep frying
Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil; heat until golden. Turn and heat other side until golden also. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
