Citrus Apple Sweet Potatoes

Our family loves these potatoes alongside a slice of ham.
6 sweet potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
4 T. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
Mix ingredients together; place in a lightly buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
