For the perfect slushy-thick texture, be sure not to over mix and use VERY

COLD milk. Serve immediately.



5 scoops vanilla ice cream

1-3/4 cups COLD milk

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

3-1/3 Tbsps. malted milk powder



In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and malted milk

powder. Blend until just mixed, with few or no lumps remaining. Serve at

once in tall glasses, with a long teaspoon or a straw in each glass.
