CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

1/3 cup cocoa powder

2 cups sugar

6 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 pint whipping cream

1 pint half & half

12 oz. evaporated milk

1 cup mini chocolate chips

Pinch salt

Milk

Mix cocoa powder and sugar, set aside. Beat eggs until well beaten. Add sugar, cocoa mix. Beat in vanilla. Stir in whipping cream, half & half, evaporated

milk and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into freezer bucket and add milk to freezing level. Follow instructions of freezer. I used 2% milk but whole

milk will make it even richer and smoother.
