Chili with or without beans?

TLDR: Chili with or without beans?
In the forum thread, Lammchen initiates a discussion by asking if users prefer chili with or without beans, mentioning that they always include beans in their chili and refer to it as Texas Chili. Ravenfreak responds by stating a preference for homemade chili without beans but doesn't mind beans in chili from Steak n Shake. Lammchen expresses curiosity about the chili from Steak n Shake, particularly about its spiciness, and shares a reluctance to order chili when dining out due to uncertainty about its spice level. We always make our chili with beans. I'm not even sure I've tasted it without beans and it's called Texas Chili.

I prefer to have homemade chili without beans. However I don't mind beans in chili I get from Steak n Shake.

I've never had it from Steak n Shake before! How spicy is it? I generally don't get chili when we're out to eat because I have no idea if I can handle the spice factor.
