1 whole chicken
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Chow mein noodles
Cook chicken until tender. Remove bones. Stir-fry chopped celery and onion in butter. Add to chicken and broth; cook until tender. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Thicken with cornstarch. Add to chow mein. Serve over chow mein noodles.
