2 lbs. ground beef
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
4 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Take ground beef, mold into round balls. Mix Mozzarella, Cheddar cheese,
pepper, and salt into the beaten eggs. Once ingredients are mixed together,
place
them inside beef balls. Once inside hamburger, sprinkle hamburger balls with
bread crumbs. Recipe makes 6 cheeseburger patties.
