Crock Pot Cheeseburger Casserole

Crock Pot Cheeseburger Casserole



1 to 1-1/2 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, coarsely chopped



1 box Bacon and Cheddar Scalloped Potatoes



1 can whole kernel corn, undrained (12 oz./341 mL)

1 can Cream of (Celery, OR Mushroom) soup

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard



4 regular OR 8 thin slices cheese (or grated cheddar)



1. Brown hamburg with onions. Drain.

2. Place potatoes and seasoning mix in crock pot.

3. Top with undrained corn and soup.

4. Next layer - hamburg and onion, salt and pepper.

5. Dot with ketchup and mustard and top with cheese.

6. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours.
