Can your dog do this...

TLDR: Can your dog do this...
In the forum thread, users discuss the behavior of their pets in relation to household items and spaces. Jay™ shares an anecdote about his dog getting into his wife's birthday cake, and mentions the need to keep bathroom doors closed due to similar pet behavior. Willowtigger talks about her cat Tigger's unusual habit of trying to "bury" things in the toilet and shares a caution against teaching cats to use human toilets due to the potential harm their waste can cause to marine life. ZandraJoi adds to the conversation by noting that none of her cats have shown such behavior, but acknowledges that training cats to use the toilet is possible, though it comes with risks like the potential for the cat to fall in. The discussion highlights different experiences with pet behavior, concerns about pet training, and environmental impacts of pet waste disposal.
Very cool! None of my cats ever attempted this. They are only in the bathroom if we take too long lol
They say you can train cats to use the toilet. It would have to be done when they are young & able to jump as well as being able
to hold themselves up right. If they fall in the litter, it's not that big of a drop. In a toilet, that's another story!

Its not a good idea to teach them to do their business down the toilet, their waste products are toxic to sealife - fishes, dolphins etc, i found this out a few years ago.
