CAMPFIRE FETTUCCINI SAUCE

CAMPFIRE FETTUCCINI SAUCE
Printed from COOKS.COM

1 stick spicy sausage
2 tbs olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup favorite bbq sauce
cayenne pepper
crushed red pepper
1/2 cup Kraft Asiago, Parmesan, and Romano shredded cheese
1 jar Alfredo (buy the cheapest; the flavor of the Alfredo will be masked by
everything else)
fresh baby spinach
Place chopped sausage and olive oil into a skillet. Cook sausage about
halfway through on a high heat (be careful it doesn't stick to pan). Add
diced chicken
breast. Cook through.
Add Alfredo, cheese, and BBQ. Cook at a simmer.
Add peppers to taste (meant to be spicy). Once sauce is finished, add in
fresh spinach and place over drained pasta. Good over Fettuccini or penne.
