Brown Sugared Turkey Bacon
1 (12 ounce) package turkey bacon
Vegetable cooking spray
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
Arrange bacon in a single layer in an aluminum foil-lined broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and pepper.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 14 to 18 minutes or until done. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
