Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

8 ounces rotini pasta

12 ounces frozen broccoli

4 tablespoons Country Crock Spread

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed broccoli cheese soup

1/2 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese



Topping:

1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Country Crock Spread, melted



Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.



Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Add pasta and frozen broccoli to a large mixing bowl



Using the same pot that you cooked the pasta in, melt Country Crock Spread. Add soup and milk. Whisk until smooth.



Pour mixture over the pasta and broccoli. Add cheddar cheese and mix until combined.



For the topping, combine the ingredients.



Pour pasta mixture into an 8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with crumb mixture.



Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
