BOB'S DELICIOUS HOMEMADE VANILLA ICECREAM
6 lg. eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. milk
6 c. half and half
6 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and pour into ice cream container. Put ice and rock salt around the container and start the mixer, adding more ice and
rock salt as needed, until ice cream is frozen. Cover with towels and let stand for at least 10 minutes. Makes 1 gallon. Enjoy.
