BOATER'S PEACH PIE

3/4 cup sugar (can use 1/4 cup brown sugar for part of the 3/4

cup)

2 to 3 tbsp flour

1/4 tsp cinnamon

5 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches

2 tbsp butter or margarine

1 pastry shell

Pastry for lattice top

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine sugar, flour and

cinnamon; add to peaches and mix lightly.

Spread into a 9-inch pastry shell. Dot with butter before or

after adjusting lattice top. Flute the edges. If you prefer a full

top crust, you can sprinkle top with sugar. Bake in hot oven for

45 to 50 minutes. Cool before cutting.
