Avocado Salad With An Italian Accent

1 avocado
1 large tomato
1 small onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Balsamic vinegar to taste
Salt to taste
Peel, pit and mash avocado. Dice tomato. Finely chop onion. Transfer
vegetables to a salad bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Add
the remaining ingredients and again mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic
wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
