Avocado Salmon Sandwiches

Avocado Salmon Sandwiches
1 ripe avocado
Juice of 1 lemon
6 hamburger buns, split
15 ounces canned salmon
6 slices Swiss cheese
Sliced dill pickles
Salt
Peel, pit and mash avocado and sprinkle with some of the lemon juice.
Divide avocado evenly among the bottoms of the hamburger buns.
Drain salmon and break into chunks. Divide evenly over avocado and sprinkle
with remaining lemon juice. Season with salt. Place sliced dill pickles over
salmon. Top with cheese. Top with second halves of the buns.
