I don't have it in my hands but I do in my knees but only mild.

Is it something you have? @marti

I also have it on my knees. I think it's started in the joints in my fingers and two have swollen and painful for around the past 9 months or so.

I've had arthritis in my lower spine and knee joints since I was about 13 years old.

It is absolutely agonising, so I can only imagine what it is like in your hands.
