Apple Honey Turkey Breast

Apple Honey Turkey Breast

1/3 cup apple butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 1/2 pounds turkey breast, thawed and skin removed

1. Preheat oven to 325. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey breast; blend well.

2. Place breast on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with apple butter mixture. Cover; bake at 325 for 1 hour. uncover; bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes, brushing occasionally iwth apple butter mixture, until thermometer inserted in thickest part of the breast registers 170 and juices run clear when pierced with fork.

3. Remove turkey breast and let stand 15 minutes before slicing
