APPLE CIDER GELATIN SALAD
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade (DO NOT dilute)
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. apple cider
3 1/2 c. chopped unpeeled red Delicious apples (California)
1/2 c. minced celery


In a pan, mix gelatin and lemonade. Stir over low heat until gelatin is
dissolved. Stir in sugar and apple cider. Chill until mixture is like syrup.
Fold in apples and celery. Pour into a 6-cup mold.
