anxiety

Hi all I was just wondering does anybody become really clumsy when they suffer with anxiety, and have any coping techniques? as I've dropped 2 phones and broke them now which will now be a nightmare for me, I can get a new phone buts its just really fustrating, having to fork out money for a new one. I have normally 2 real good days then I will have bad days again..........sometimes I think can I really cope

Do you put screen protectors and case on your phone? @Kate usually that really helps to protect your phone. I have dropped mine numerous times and if I never had a protector on it then it would be broke by now.

Hi no I havn't but I will be ordering those things this week and a new phone so its all good, I'm so careless sometimes
