ALMOST) SUGAR-FREE PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE



8 oz cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

2/3 cup Splenda or other sugar substitute

8 oz sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

3 or 4 sugar-free miniature peanut butter cups (Reese's), for garnish

1 graham cracker pie crust (could use chocolate crust, would be good,

too)

In mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and peanut butter with

an electric mixer. Add the Splenda and whip until completely combined.

Fold in the whipped topping. Pour filling into crust. Chop the peanut

butter cups and sprinkle over the top of the pie. Refrigerate until

ready to serve. Enjoy.
