1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour, salt and almond extract. Form dough into 1" balls, roll in sugar and stamp with cookie stamp. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. Enjoy.
