Very good tasting bread. It did rise well and made a large loaf.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 tablespoons water
1 whole egg
6 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup milk, plus
2 tablespoons milk
3 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground clove
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan and in the
order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the Basic or White
cycle and press start. After the first 10 minutes of kneading check the
dough and make any necessary adjustments
