20-Minute Oven-Baked Pizza
Dough
2 eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons flour
Filling
7 ounces cold cut sausage
1 tomato
7 ounces cheese
1 onion
Combine dough ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan. Top the
crust with slices of sausage, onion and tomato. Sprinkle liberally with
grated cheese. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake pizza for 15-20 minutes,
or until cheese melts completely.
