As a therapist in private practice, I'm asked constantly how long therapy is going to take, and how often a client will have to come to sessions. People still see a trope about therapy on tv showing stereotypical psychoanalysis where people are expected to come several times...
Does anyone with depression get like this?
I can have bouts of feeling happy, and then it's like I remind myself mentally for no reason "Hey you're meant to be depressed right now, be unhappy"
It is such a frustrating thing.
Is anyone on or has taken Mitrazipine?
I'm on a low dose at the moment (15mg) but my GP wants me to up my dose to 30mg. I don't even like being on the low dose, but I am still considering increasing it as advised.
