So low
Since I have woken this morning I feel very low but with lots of energy. I am 4 weeks in on my medication. I haven't had negative thoughts for 4 weeks, but today I have stayed in my room. I dont think these tablets are lifting my spirits. Mind battles alday today. 😔- Littlelady76
