What is one small act of self-care that genuinely helps you?​

It could be listening to music, making a cup of tea, going for a walk, spending time with a pet, taking a nap, or something completely different. There are no right or wrong answers, and you might even discover a few new ideas from other members.
 
I'm sure you can relate to this @PGen98 - but we haven't had proper rain in so long here, but we had a down pour the other day - I took some time for myself to actually go out and sit in the rain to relax. I missed it. I didn't realise quite how much.

Just taking 5 minutes to reflect on things without beating yourself up can be a god send.

I feel this, there's nothing better than enjoying the rain when it comes.
