Not been keeping up with this too well, not that I'd have too many entries anyway!

I got a shower yesterday.
 
Although I don't have anxiety or depression, I do suffer with extreme fatigue at times due to medication, so I do get it that taking a shower can be a big deal!! Yay!!

Sometimes I have problems wanting to shower. But then I tell myself that it's going to be totally worth it and take a shower anyway. And I always feel refreshed afterward.
