A lot of people who think cats are not affectionate animals are misled. Feral cats and pet cats that are outdoors more than indoors and retain their wild nature are what most non cat people think of when they compare dogs to cats. Cats who are truly homebodies are some of the most loving and playful critters on the planet. All my cats were exclusively house cats and they were all affectionate cuddle monkeys.

Agree. I have only ever had dogs, I got my first cat and he is very affectionate but sometimes a pain in the arse
