Zoe’s chocolate coconut banana chip oatmeal

Ingredients



1 cup almond milk

1 cup water

1/4 cup coconut palm sugar

1/8 cup raw cacao powder

1/8 cup raw coconut flakes

10 to 15 banana chips

Five dried cherries

Half a cup of quick cooking oats.



Directions

Place water, almond milk, coconut sugar, and raw cacao powder and mix well in sauce pan.

Place on heat and just before boiling point add banana chips.

When boiling begins turn down heat and add oats and coconut

Boil 5 to 7 minutes. During the boiling period stir often so oatmeal doesn’t stick. Boil more or less according to desired thickness. Turn off heat and add cherries

Let stand for 2 three minutes and serve.
