Mine is a simple iceberg lettuce, mixed greens, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions. I make my own Thousand Island Dressing with mayo & ketchup. Most of the produce & ingredients is organic. I eat salads more in the summertime when veggies are fresh.
 
I like Kimchi Salad. It is a Korean staple dish as well as a side dish made from cabbages, radishes, seasoned with ginger, garlic, spring onion, and various spices.
 
I am not a lover of salad, I don't eat it raw like sliced fruits, I can manage them when mixed with fried rice and chicken, lol.
 
Greek salad without onions. So tomatoes, cucumber, paprika, and feta cheese. It's my preferred go to salad whenever I eat out <3
